MMA H.E.A.T.’s Karyn Bryant was on the Paramount Pictures lot where she caught up with Quinton “Rampage” Jackson in advance of his Bellator Heavyweight Grand Prix fight with Chael Sonnen. Rampage talks about his training camp and new diet, how long he plans to fight for Bellator, his crazy dog Gizmo and much more!

  1. Rampage looks good at 253lbs. I think that he even has a 6 pack. People say that he should try to keep away from Chael. I totally disagree. Rampage can wrestle. He should be on the offense at all times. Use his weight advantage, take Chael & ground and pound. Chael is holding extra wgt. too. He will tire out with Rampages wgt on him.

  2. Fuck, hope this get's as crazy as it was in the Pride days. Rampage was one of my favs back then and he still is, he never dissapoints in interviews nor fights. Hope to see some bodyslams vintage style.
