MMA H.E.A.T.’s Wade Eck was at the UFC Gym in Torrance, California where Dan Henderson spoke about his final fight at UFC 204. Win or lose, Dan will be retiring after challenging Middleweight Champion Michael Bisping for the belt on October 8, 2016 in Manchester, England.

  1. Dan is the perfect example of never judging a book by it's cover. He looks like your average joe. At first glance you'd never know he is an accomplished wrestler, MMA fighter, former multi-division champion, has some of the heaviest hands in the business and has put on some of the best fights known in MMA. To think he's still doing this at 46 is amazing.
