  1. This guy is crazy on the ground. Anyone who takes him down is just asking to be trapped in rubberguard and then triangled or arm barred. His arms are stupid long he gets that D'arce choke from crazy angles. Fucking might see a fucking gogoplata finish up in this bitch.

  2. ido portals movement training is what tonys doing. theres limitations to movement. theres certain places your body cant move. try getting your elbow to touch your ear. you cant. same way when khabib is gonna is twisting your arm to a place is should not go, youre fucked tony. being unpredictable is dangerous for tony himself not for khabib

  4. Tony solid and legit but he's cheesy as fuck, scripted and really hard to listen to. I was hoping to hear how he'll beat Khabib, and to be honest if he can mix it up well and keep it standing for long periods he has a damn good shot

  6. This is probably one of those really tough fights too call until it happends. Its funny know matter how man people say one guys is going to get his ass kicked. They will say Khabib beat him like nothing, tony is a bum or if Ferguson wins they will say Khabib fought bums besides RDA.The thing is if you betting against ether guys the past few years you lost your money or with khabib you did.Last loss against tony was ten fights ago so this is tough call.Beating odds must be close

    • How people can say that Khabib only fought bums ?Ferguson fought a lot of unknown guys as well, outside AND Inside the UFC. Who gives a shit about Nijem, Rio, Riley, Kikuno… Who are these guys ? For real, that man hasn't faced tougher competition at all. RDA was still in shock with his KO loss to Alvarez, and he still won 2 rounds against Tony. Vannata played with him and almost put him to sleep with one kick. Castillo gave him a hard fight, Trujillo gave him a hard fight, Johnson kicked his ass… I mean, if someone has an overrated resume, it's Ferguson, not Khabib. Khabib was already a world champion in Sambo and unarmed combat when Ferguson was doing this stupid reality TV show with Junior Dos Santos and Brock Lesnar…

    • +MrShadowinko Chill dude I'm just saying what the casual ufc fans are going to say.It happens evertime.Just wait if Khalibib loses they will say he fought bums even though he fought the same competitive as ferguson they will say the same about him.Just the way they are you lose one match your a bum, look at jose aldo 13 seconds one lose in ten years now he is a bum

  7. Boring or not, Khabib is going to mop the floor with Tony's ass.
Tony says Khabib is 1D flat footed but Khabib has mauled each and every of his opponents. Let's go over a few facts here:-
    1. There is a 100% chance that Khabib will take Tony to the ground.
    2. Tony's wrestling is nothing compared to Khabib's.
    3. The only chance Tony has of beating Khabib is to either knock him out or make him tired, so right now Tony is doing high altitude training to make sure his cardio is on point.
But here is the problem though … two months of high altitude training will not be able to match a lifetime in the Dagestan mountains. Khabib was born and raised in the mountains. High altitude training will not help Tony edge out Khabib. The most it'l do is help him to barely keep up with Khabib. Tony usually has great cardio but I have never seen Khabib break a sweat.

Tony's fighting style is such that he relies on his cardio and his opponents getting tired in the later rounds. Tony is used to being the one mounting the pressure. In this fight however, Khabib will be the one pressuring Tony.
Khabib will ground and pound Tony to submission. I predict a round 2 submission win for Khabib.
Khabib will choke Tony to submission.

  8. Brilliant response to Conor. Disregards financial play from Conor, puts light on a different aspect, makes light humour on it, stays respectful, appreciates but stays confident! Press conference if he takes on Conor will be awesome back and fourth talking!

  9. Once Tony does one of those goofy clown flipping shit, that will be the beginning of the end for him. Khabib will grab him and slam the kookoo ness out of him. This guy is a funny dude, and I like him. But fighting wise, he has no chance

  10. I am huge fan of Khabib, but as a true fan of the sport I have to ask.

How is Tony a cakewalk for Khabib?
Tony's take down defense is great not to mention his counters.
R.D.A tried multiple times to take tony down and it was deflected and countered.
Not to mention how bloody he left RDA and Michael Johnson compared to how Khabib man handled both.

This could possibly be Tony's 13 sec K.O if Khabib rushes in.

  11. Khabib & Tony are both great fighters. If tony is able to keep the fight standing he probably will win. If it goes to the ground i believe Khabib will be the one in control.

Who ever wins is the champ of the division, these are the 2 best fighters in the division. After Conor gers stripped again the belt will be given to the winner of this fight.

  15. Kind of an odd fucker, but straight killer inside the cage. Plus he has a very good mentality towards Conor IMO. A lot of people don't give Conor his props, but Tony is big enough to not let his own ego get in the way. I'm leaning towards him against Khabib.

  17. Hope he doesn't beat Khabib… Let Conor vs Khabib happen in Moscow… Conor will have some competition at least… Tony is easy work for Conor… Maybe lil too much for Khabib though… So let's see how it goes

  21. Man Tony, I'm really liking this dude more and more. I hope he whoops Khabib and derails his hype train. All Khabib is good for is wrestle humping his way to victory… boring fighter in my opinion and he hardly fights!

    • 87lycanthropy How is completely dominating everyone he's ever faced boring? If you think ground game and grappling is boring you should probably go watch Muay Thai and steer away from MMA. I agree Tony is a great fighter but if, no, when it goes to the ground it is not gonna look good for Tony. If it stays standing, which is highly unlikely, Tony has a better chance of winning. Khabib wrestles with DC and fighters 3 weight classes ahead of him. No matter the outcome, it will be a great fight.

  22. A P

Kicks in mma come in effective if rapid- quick and catch opponent off-guard. Conor hardly used his legs to take out diaz, alvarez, etc and his legs are quick. Most are to the head, neck – to create a TKO. Ferguson be honest – your leg stretch is not at that level. Secondly this thing Khabib is boring is so untrue. He has the most intense fights, its like a bull ready to ground the matador. You mean well to say 'we' have a great team, but this is solo – alvarez said the same to Mcgregor, we we – and it was all over. Khabib needs no one, he is mentally a riot coming at you. Even if he loses, which could happen as yr a great fighter, he will come back harder, stronger and hungrier – the man is not into money, he fought for peanuts all his life and is undefeated. So look into his eyes, he is truly dangerous and this fear barrier is like a house of paper cards

    • If not D'arce, then rubbergaurd to triangle, arm bar, or sweep and get back to the feet. Or just trap him in Mission Contol and elbow the fuck out of his scalp. It's hard to doubt Khabib though, something like 20+ takedowns vs Abel Trujillo way back when. Most coaches limit their fighter to 3 takedown attempts per round. The dude is relentless.

    • adam hunt I can see him whooping Kebab easy as long as he defends the takedowns successfully. Conor however, is no joke buddy… Conor's stand up, striking is greater than Tony's and that wrestle spammer's put together. I think Tony would be a tough fight for Conor though because Tony's cardio is insane and he can take a punch.

    • 87lycanthropy that's a dumb comment. ..in MMA one of the best grapplers in the sport…should stand with the best strikers..somewhere he doesn't have that huge advantage he has over almost everyone? ?…….

if he ever fights Conner…tell conner to forget striking and just grappling Khabib. ..

Khabib doesn't lay and pray..when he takes ppl down he smashes them..what may make it look boring to the just bleed fans is how one sided he can make it..

Conner is a afraid to go to the ground with "this guy"
Khabib is afraid to stand with "this guy"..

that's so dumb..fighting is about fighting to your strength and not allowing your opponent to fight to there's. .so of course conner is gonna wanna stand and trade with everyone and Khabib is gonna wanna take everyone down..it's common sense.

    • cool, is it in the rules that u have to standup > Nope
Does that mean someone who is super fucking gifted on the ground like Jacare is boring ? Nope
They aren't boring, they are monsters, u are probably a stand up person who likes people banging, if u actually get into jiu jitsu and learn what it is about, it's one of the most interesting parts of the match.
