Anthony explains why he’s frustrated by Rashad’s behavior leading up the the fight, how he feels when he hears people disparage the former champ and why he’s hoping the “old Rashad” shows up on fight night. Anthony also explains why he won’t go back to fighting at 185 lbs.

  1. Glad to hear Smith speak, seems like a real good dude but hoollllly shit, the dude is a 1 man podcast. Ramble, make a point maybe, ramble, repeat last point, ramble, repeat self. If Karyns eyebrows could speak they would say "yep, got it dude, my turn?"

  2. Probably one of the most unique fighter opponent mindsets I've seen over 12 years watching mma.
    As a boxer myself… imagining fighting a guy like Rashad, who I've actually teared up watching his decline and post fight interviews, but then routing for him to do well, whilst having to fight him!? must be a complete mindf—- for Smith.
    Dude needs to shut this mindset off though. It only takes one error fueled by *empathy*, and you lose the fight.
    Pat Barry vs Cro Cop comes to mind…
