  1. If Conor wants to challenge the 155 belt, he should let go of his 145 belt. Simple as that. How can fans of the sport be supportive of a champion that hasn't even defended his belt but fight 3 fights outside of his weightclass instead. I dont get that

    • Uncle buxton, lol… You must be Dominic Cruz's uncle p4p…? You're kidding me right? Eddie Alverez is a banger!!! He would catch Cruz and smash his face… Cruz is track star, he should be in Brazil running in the Olympic's Conor and Cruz would not be a fight. I haven't fought in 10 years, I would destroy Dominic Cruz!!! I figured out his lame style before he got injured the first time. I like Dominic, but 3 fights in the past 4-5 years… He does not make the pound for pound list.

    • +Dorman Green Then why was Eddie such a bitch against a technical striker like Pettis? He brawled against RDA but RDA is sloppy asf. And Cruz is the hardest person to hit in the UFC. You talk a good game but you'd be swinging at air too, like all the other PROFESSIONAL fighters that try to study and prepare for his movement. DJ is listed as p4p no.1 and Cruz is the only one that beat him, hence there is a potential argument there. You're being a bit silly if you can't acknowledge any of that

  2. everyone talks about how 1 sided round 1 of Nate/Conor was but I found this on fight metric. Conor threw 74 total strikes, landing 28 of them for 37% accuracy, Nate threw 62 strikes landing 23, also a 37% accuracy with also 1 for 1 on takedowns? Yes Conor did more damage but 1 sided 1st round? Stats say otherwise.

    • nates takedown was irrelevant because conor swept nate instantly and all of his shots were significant shots during the round. nate won the second round and the fight but he most certainly lost round 1.

  3. are you kidding me??? eddie alvarez is a huge name… that's why the ufc signed him… come on karyn, you should know better. people would much rather see eddie punch conor in the face than conor chasing dominic around the octagon.
