  1. Lesson #1As an experienced Labor Organizer I can tell you that fighters are no different than other workers. No matter the profession (e.g. farmworkers, teachers, janitors, psychologists, ETC) the story is the same: 20% hate unions no matter what you say; 20% will support the union no matter what; and 60% are undecided, scared sheep waiting to align with the winning side.Basically, 60% can't lead themselves and support a cause that will mostly likely lead to improved working conditions and inevitably financial stability and security.
