  2. Awesome podcast as always. Nice surprise to see that Karyn and Alan did a live podacst this week. Thought UFC Fight night 156 was a goodcard. Vokan Oedezmir and Veronica Macedo got performance of the night bonus. Vicente Luque and Mike Perry was fight of the night. Thanks for answering my question. i seen comments on social media saying Valentina vs Liz sucked. Valentina was a -1250 ( only behind Ronda who was -1300 vs Holly Holm and Cris Cyborg Justino who was -1400 vs Tonya Evinger). Liz had offense but Valentina had her range opened. Valentina was nervous cause Liz is the only woman to finish Valentina. She wanted to do enough to keep her belt and she did. Henry is a cocky fool. He should be calling out Joey B for the UFC Flyweight Championship. Not the UFC Women;'s Flyweight Champion, Valentina. She will knock him the hell out.
