MMA H.E.A.T.’s Karyn Bryant was at Kings MMA in Hollywood, CA, for Tito Ortiz’s open workout before his trilogy fight with Chuck Liddell. Tito does two rounds of padwork with top-notch trainer Jason Parillo. “Liddell vs Ortiz III” is the third fight of their long-running rivalry. Tito Ortiz and Chuck Liddell will square off in a three-round main event on Saturday, Nov. 24 at the “Fabulous” Forum in Inglewood, California. The fight will be presented live on Pay-Per-View beginning at 6:00 p.m. PT/9:00 p.m. ET.

Probably shouldn't have been talking all that shit to Chuck..he's not looking a whole great deal better.His punches might be a little more crisp, but he's also got quite a few "tells", and moves his Shoulders a lot, but his head stays pretty well centered..all Chuck has to do is read One of those punches coming, and land a nice counter on a stationary jaw.

  2. I think Tito will probably win. He’s been more active and looks like he’s in great shape. Chuck Liddell stopped fighting completely for a while. Tito beat Ryan Bader a couple of years ago. Chuck might get knocked out.
