    One thing about overeem. He has a very strong mindset. He gets winning streak going then he goes to loosing streak with devastating knockouts but he's always able to turn it around for himself which is a very hard thing to do. Lot of great fighters crumbles mentally when they are on prime and they loose big fights but overeem has proved time and time again that he's a mentally strong guy.

    I think Karyn has it wrong; Conor doesn't talk trash for the attention, imo; he does it to fuck with his opponent. I really don't think he's this attention whore that people make him out to be. He has all eyes on him, but there's a difference between having a lot of attention on you and courting that attention.

      you make this up, yes he's proud of his performances and selectively mentions the W's, like anyone else would when looking back at their career, but he literally said that he 'hit the ceiling too a couple of times'. When asked if he would finish miocic he restrained, and simply said 'we like to finish fights' not bragging at all. Also he mentions the good aspects about other contestants. The last statement is an outright joke, there's literally no competition in the kickboxing heavyweight division like literally, rico is a good friend of him and the k-1 days are over, the centre of attention has moved now, there was nothing disrespectful about that..

      +Jurrit de Haan Overeem only won a k1 championship because Saki had a broken leg in the fight before Overeem and Aerts was in a war too and basically was done by the time the fight with the Reem started. Overeem isn't a K1 legend and he's acting like he's a kickboxing god haha

    I agree with Overoids that the phony Fraudor Emelianenko ducked the UFC. He played on the loyalty of his fans which to me is disgusting. However I do have to agree with Fraudor about something, he made the right decision to not fight Overoids back in 2010/2011 because Overoids was on a whole lot of steroids.

      Eh, I seriously don't think he's gonna straight up get on his horse & run. Sure, he'll use some movement, and maybe bluff on some takedowns to keep him guessing. So, I'm thinkin' he'll probably stick n' move, and throw in the occasional takedown attempt with Overeem, to get him to hesitate with his strikes. Because Overeem, is just too damn good of a striker to just stand with him. If he does that, it's easy money for Overeem, barring an out of nowhere punch, or kick from Stipe. Either way, it should be a damn good fight, if it goes any distance.

      +Michael Edwards true. But, he's no Damien Maia. And besides, Stipe has never been submitted, either. Wrestlers with a decent pedigree, like Stipe, are really only susceptible to one submission during takedowns. And, that's the guillotine. BUT, Stipe isn't known for shooting a double-leg (like Cain vs Werdum). He's more of a single leg, run the pipe kinda guy (Stipe vs Hunt). Which, in turn takes Overeem's guillotine out of the equation pretty much. That is, unless Stipe gets put on Queer Street buy a punch, and shoots a double out of desperation. If it goes any distance, it should be a good one, regardless.

Truly, Mcgregor is the only guy that needs to produce bank statements. According to Rampage, the UFC lied about how much they paid him, so perhaps they are exaggerating how much they are paying Mcgregor.
