Karyn and Alan also react to the bombshell announcement that Jon Jones had been removed from his UFC 200 fight with LHW Champ Daniel Cormier due to USADA flagging; they discuss Daniel Cormier’s professionalism and class as he responded to the situation; Anderson Silva stepping up last minute to replace Jones; former UFC heavyweight champ Cain Velasquez’s first round finish of Travis Browne; the spectacle that is Brock Lesnar and Amanda Nunes defeating Miesha Tate to become the UFC Bantamweight Champ. Lastly, Karyn and Alan react to the $4 billion sale of the UFC and discuss what the future may hold.

  1. I honestly wonder how Joanna would fare against someone like Tatiana down the road. I presume that the champ would find ways to take Tatiana out of the game at this point, but Tatiana looks like she has an unusually big frame for a strawweight and, at the risk of underestimating Joanna, she looks like she could just bully Joanna physically, especially if she had cardio for 5 rounds.

Karyn..DC was getting booed because he constantly was hating on Jon on fox broadcasts for not risking losing to finish the fight against OSP, and then going and just laying ontop of Anderson Silva with his extra 30lb in what was a show match. He was a disgusting hypocrite who deserves way more hate than he already has.

  4. Glad to see happy Podcast Jouban is back. In the Zone Jouban is a scary one. I thought Alan was so hurt that Pete Cummin aka The High Old Guy would be making a comeback. Believe it or not I miss that guy. He could have brought back the Johny Hendricks Food Pyramid.
