  1. Most of the smart businessmen don't make the proposition obvious, they just say something like "if you want to become as popular as her, you have to be nice to me". They say something like that, they are rarely blatantly obvious for good reasons. So they essentially leave it up to the woman to figure it out and use her initiative to please the boss, most of these guys never get caught because they do it the smart way.

  3. Cerrone is just to small for 170, Cerrone made 155 most of his career and 155 is a weight that many of the bigger guys at 170lb could never make, so they are clearly naturally bigger than him even if he is just as tall as them. Nate Diaz tried to go to 170 also he he lost a lot.
Cerrone looks good against mid level guys, but against high level guys he isn't that good. He is a lot like Uriah Hall in that way.

    • Turd of the belts, anyone with half a mind in the fight game knows Cowboy has a horrible time with excellent strikers with straight punches. I for one am a big fan but unfortunately knew he was going to have a rough day at the office. Once I saw he was fighting a light heavyweight, I just felt bad for him. At least Till was merciful and ended it quickly by shattering his nose. Honestly, you just sound like a moron. Blah blah Americans blah blah. You accuse the U.S. citizenry of doing what every single other country on the globe does in regards to their athletes, when ironically, here in the States, we are very individualistic – we all have our favorites yet tend to be brutally objective. -3 internets for you sir.

Karyn, another great podcast. It's easy to see you really love MMA and your enthusiasm shines through in your work. Also a fan of Alan's though I have to admit his fight with Mike Perry was like watching a horror movie, on the edge of the seat wincing every time you think the monster is going to connect with a right hand and end your favorite character lol.

    • Mega Perry fan lol. But I think Perry is more realistic than Till calling out Robbie or the winner of Wonderboy/Jorge. Even though he beat Cowboy he wasn't ranked at all, and to go from unranked to fighting a top 3 guy wouldn't happen. Perry tried & got Ponzinibbio. No disrespect to you guys cause I'm obviously watching the podcast but I just like fairness all around.

  5. Sorry Kyra…watch the Mousasi fight again. Round 2 was easily for Gegard. And remember he fought 14 minutes with a broken eye….so ofcoures he wasn't "impressive" and unable to make a "statement" but what a beast for still winning.

  7. Till vs Perry makes sense to me, both up and coming fighters looking to break into the top 10. They aren't obligated to call out an elite fighter after a win, nor should they if they aren't ready. Everybody wants to criticize the post fight interview, I just enjoy the fight.

  9. Whats up Karyn, I actually tried out for Season 5 of The Ultimate Fighter and I know UFC wasn't a part of Fox back then but I would have loved to have met you. ..I still would like to meet you one day. ..you are awesome. ..

  11. Sorry Karyn, Jouban's right. Shlemenko would've very likely beaten Mousasi if the fight was 5 rounds. Mousasi couldn't see correctly. Bellator main event should definitely be 5 rounds but from Gegard's pov that night, the 3 round fight saved him

  13. U guys need to do some research. Till and Perry had a back n forth on twitter even before – like 2- 3 weeks before Poland card. It all started when Perry tweeted saying he's gonna go to Poland and was looking forward to seeing Cowboy take the "zero" away from Till's record. Till replied and that started the back n forth. Till call him a little midget and shit. But I thought It was all in good fun. After that, Till kept saying he wanted Perry after he beats Cowboy. All this (including Till calling out Perry) happened before both fighters got in Poland

  15. Awesome podcast today. Thanks for picking my question about Bellator and Gegards fight being 3 rounds. I was wondering as I was watching Gegards fight why was all main events w/o title fights 3 rounds. I agree its bullshit and it would affect the fight if it was 5 rounds. I guess Shlemenkos team is whining cause of the damage that Gegard took and he has improve to 6 wins in a row. Since UFC Tonight is off due to World Series, the rankings were updated today Welterweight DIvision was the only one that had REAL changes Darren Till is now the #8 ranked contender. Mike Perry fell off the top 15 this week. Here is a link. http://www.ufc.com/rankings. Karolina vs Jessica Andrade makes sense. Tecia Torres and Michelle Waterson are fighting at UFC 218, the bout order was released last week and they are kicking off the main card. That fight could decide (IMO) the no 1 contender in Womens strawweight division. Jodie had a unique road to her debut. She was supposed to fight Livia Renata Souza back in July at the 25th anniversary of Invicta to crown a new strawweight Champion after Angie Hill vacated the belt to resign. She backed out 3 weeks before the card due to injury around 2 weeks later this fight came out. Glad Jodie is in the UFC. The fight helped Karolina to bounce back after her 2 losses she suffered.

  19. I don't like the fact you guys didn't even talk about Touchy Fili's great performance against Artem. He didn't win based off of his take downs only, he had him busted up before that brutal head kick. Instead, you guys kept talking about Lobov and him going to boxing and shit.

    • Karyn Bryant wow! First off, don't make it seem like I'm hating on the show or it's content. I NEVER miss a show with you guys, you both are fabulous together, Alan is one of my fav fighters in the UFC, and I never miss UFC tonight mostly for seeing you, because you are so great at your job and beautiful to boot. Saying to me that it's your show, and you can talk about whatever you want is obvious, I'm a huge fan and just didn't care much about hearing about Artem and all that. Just wanted more acknowledgement about Fili and his good performance in that same breath. I've always liked and shared the content of your show, so sorry if i seemed to offend you.

    • Gotcha. And BTW- we do appreciate your support!! But since Artem hinted at retirement we thought that was a bigger story. That being said, I do think Fili fought very well in Gdansk and I look forward to his next fight. Lord knows those Alpha Male guys keep getting better!

    • thing is; Lobov has done nothing to deserve this atention, no one wants to see him fight, mma or boxing…. Hes a counterpuncher that always gets beat to the punch (how ironic). If it wasnt for his pet-like association with conor the media would completely ignore him…. I wish that time was used discussing a fighter that has earned the atention. Just a fanatic fan's opinion, take it as you will.
