  1. I can't watch this because you keep facing and looking at the camera instead of facing each other and looking at each other as in a normal conversation. It's weird when it's done in TV productions and it's weird when it's done on podcasts.

  2. Rumble would not have a chance against Ngannou, Rumble hit Arlovski with everything he had and couldn't finish Arlovski, where as Stipe hit Ngannou with huge shots and Ngannou didn't even react at all. Ngannou would kill Rumble. Even Overeem would likely KO Rumble.

  3. Of course DC is the champ, beat Gustafsson, Volkan and Rumble. We don't really know who would win between himself and Jones if Jones passed his drug tests, it's quite possible that DC would beat him. This may not ever be completed as DC said he is retiring next year and if Jones isn't back by next year then the fight will never happen, also the older DC gets the more it puts Jones at an advantage as Jones isn't at the end of his career in age for at least another 8 years.

  5. Awesome podcast. Felt like Stipe was giving Dana the middle finger cause Stipe felt and rightfully so disrespected as champ. Stipe is a cool cat that he wont come out and say it but I could tell when he wanted Marcus Marolia his coach to crown him champ. Stipe could have finished that fight if he wanted to but wanted to send a message and he did. He outstroke Francis 200-33 (basically 6 to 1). I felt like Dana had his pants pulled down figuratley speaking cause Stipe won and Francis was being billed as the guy that would beat Stipe. Why else did Dana tell Megan that he wants DC to go up to challenge Stipe. He got embarrassed and karma is a bitch. Thanks for explaining it better about Conor and the Lightweight division. I was thinking if Tony is defending the Interim UFC Lightweight Championship just say so. Dont leave us confused. Karyns explansion made sense. They tried 3 times but never happened Khabib vs Tony. I think that is why to they booked rose namanjuas defending her UFC Womens strawweight Championship vs Joanna jedryzejah. It could be bumped up to main event if something happens. Bellator 192 had a slow pace to it. It was a card that could have ended at 1145 but they wanted to push it to go head to head with UFC 220. Felt like UFC 220 was better. I laughed cause they had their own 'Fs1 panel'. It was hosted by Jay Glazer, Josh Thompson and Jenn Brown. Douglas vs Rory was bad ass. That should have closed out the show. Why Chael vs Rampage. It was such a snoozefest after we had a badass fight. Chael is a middleweight fighter going up to Heavyweight division.

  6. Consider though, he didn't just say he "Underestimated Stipe" he literally underestimated the *champ*… that's as arrogant as it gets. Respect the sport and the ones who came before you, regardless of how hard you punch.

  7. All bs aside tho. Dc would beat Stipe or Fancy Francis. And if you think.Jon Jones wasnt watching that fight and knowing he could beat em both youre back on crack.
If Stipe had any where near the ground game DC or Jon has he wouldve finished the fight. Its like..ok,you.make it thru the toughest part of the fight..Fancy is gased, like a mfer. To the point he cant get up. And stipe never put the hooks in,not once.
If Jon or DC got fancy down(and trust me they would have) you think fancy wouldve made it out that round?! Hell to the nahw..aint no debate. Just say no to drugs kids. And dont try and tell me they wouldntve beat the wheels off that big monkey train cause it wouldve went down just exactly like that I promise you..
IzuherrwutImsayin baby?? Is u hear me?!

  8. Good to have Alan back. I think Your assessment toward Francis is on point. He doesn’t need to learn to be a division one NCAA wrestler. He only needs to focus on the takedown defense aspect of wrestling. Learn to not use his strength to defend it rather he should use techniques. That should help his gas tank tremendously. Also learn the techniques to get back on his feet as well. He will never going to have great cardio because he is such a big muscular guy. but the good news for Francis is he doesn’t need to go five Strong rounds. he only needs 3 to get anybody out of there.

Francis can be spectacular. He has all the physical tools, the will, and heart, the brain (and chin) to get to the top. He’s only 4 years into MMA (can you believe it?) and only 31-32 years old. Two years of drilling wrestling will do this man Wonders. Heavyweights tends to mature late anyway. He’s still plenty young, especially MMA years of wear and tear.

    Great show as usual!

  9. Dana "RACIST" White gave Ngannou the RONDA ROUSEY treatment ,..by over promoting him and not the person who was the champ,..the very same shit he did to Amanda,..but casual idiots will never see this.
ps. Joe Rogan should be banned from all events with his racist ass
