Karyn and Alan talk about the accident that injured Tony, Max’s readiness for the fight, the odds that Khabib will win, a potential Champ-Champ matchup between Max and Conor McGregor and more.     First thing's first, I just found this podcast ~ 29 min 50 seconds ago, and I love it. Karyn is amazing on all of the UFC shows on FOX. I have seen Alan Jouban fight many times, first time hearing him speak. He could definitely have a career as an analyst after he is done fighting.All in all I will definitely be listening to all of the previous episodes and following this podcast. Great work!!!!

    Yea uhh, I need to see her turn around in that swim suit before she goes to the pool. She looks much better I might need to barrow her for a few hrs one afternoon and destroy her sex life with her husband. I know she still loves him but there's no denying this young hot dick. So after that things just won't be the same, opps..anyway speaking of brutal truth. Allen keeping it real on this about Max. But Max will be in shape, at least untill he gets taken down and smashed for 4 & 1/2 minutes. And telling Tony "hope you're having a happy easter??!!" What? Fuck nahw man he just got fucked hard core. Like vibrating kung fu, rubber fist blunt force in the ass hard core. But how the fuck does Tony kick steel pipes but trips on cord and rips acl off the bone?! What thaaa fuck! Did I just hear.. And now UFC talkin about stripping his belt. Ok, Dana comes to see him in the E.R. Hey man sry to hear hope you have speedy recovery..Oh yeah, in addition to you missing out on biggest fight of your life were decided to strip you of you're title..take care. Yeah uhh..about that. If you take my belt Ima sue your ass for everything. You sure you wanna go that route w me? Might wanna check yo damn self, big pimpin. Should be no 5 round championship. Just 3. And Khabib, I mean, winner gets Tony when he's ready. I really hopes Max wins tho. That being said I really Really really really,..really Really really would rather see Tcity fight Khabib. Two of the best on the ground?! Jesus I wanted to see that.

    Don’t get too far ahead, Alan. Khabib will spare Max and won’t beat him up too badly. He will finish the fight similarly to Michael Johnson. Khabib has no ill will toward Max. Contrary he would cut him a slack bc Max did him a favor for saving the main event.

    Max will not be able to do a thing to Khabib. He won’t stuff the TDs. he doesn’t have the power to catch Khabib. He doesn’t have the training prep. He won’t have the cardio. But he will lose with a smile on his face with a big payday.

    I don't expect a heart as usual for this comment because you can't be bias. But i really think Max is pound for pound the best fighter right now, Khabib's style is probably not a good match up. And it probably wont be easy but i think he will win. And if he wins, fights ortega and mcgregor and wins, he should be in the talk of GOAT along with GSP, Jon Jones, etc

      I think you are right. Let's see what happens When The fight actually Unfolds, And People Keep forgetting DJ(Mighty Mouse) I definitely think he not only belongs in the equation for Goat but deserves it too, the Only problem is he is not that Famous as the other guys. Jon Jones Is a great fighter if he gets his career back on the right track he is a definite GOAT. And as far as GSP is concerned if that Ben Askren fight happens and he wins that WOAAAHH he is the number 1 for me. UFC 223 man I just can't wait for that fight.

    Khabib is going to win this fight because no way in hell is Max going to be able to compete with him. Not because khabib is that good, but because Max is a fraud. He is not the legitimate champ. Conor McGregor never lost the featherweight belt, Max has a belt that was given to him like a participation trophy. He's not the goat as Brendan Schaub tries to imply, and he stands zero chance of winning against khabib nurmagomedov at all. Conversely khabib has zero chance of beating Conor. He wouldn't even be Tony Ferguson, so this was his only shot of getting near a belt.

    Joanna loses to Rose again as easily as before, and then people could stop talking about that over hyped overrated bum. Joanna can go to the end of the line where she belongs.

      ZenRhinoMMA he lost because he never was willing to defend his title, you’re not a real champ until you actually defend your belt, but a casual would say some dumb shit like he’s not a real champ blah blah blah, Max is in the leagues with the Anderson Silva and GSPs with his 12 fight winning streak

    I love you guys, but you're wrong about Joanna. She's going to lose again just like she did the last time because she's just not good enough. The hype train was derailed the first time and you can't get that train back on the track. I'm kind of disappointed that Karyn actually said that Joanna is her spirit animal Because deep down Joanna is a bully and not a nice person. The terrible things that she does to people as she tries to get in their head and try to get a mental advantage are not things that people should be aspiring to. She was not a good role model at all, let alone a decent person. People shouldn't be trying to emulate her in anyway. But other than that I love you guys. You're the only source I really trust in MMA News.

      You kids these days are too sensitive. There is a long tradition of trash talk in fighting. Just because you don't like what was said doesn't make it bullying, it doesn't fit the definition. "Use superior strength or influence to intimidate (someone), typically to force him or her to do what one wants." Rose and Joanna are pretty much the same size and neither has influence over the other.
      Now I don't believe any of the SW champs are bullies, or are bad people, but since you do, you realize Rose was accused of bullying by Randa Markos on the last episode of TUF talk. Rose also said she became a fighter because she likes to hurt people, while Joanna says its all about the competition and finding out who's best. How do you reconcile that Rose is a better person even though she's been accused of being a bully and said herself she likes to hurt people.

      ZenRhinoMMA you’re such a casual…Max is on a 12 fight win streak. His last fight was a decision to Conor when he was like 20 years old. Since then Conor has retired and now Khabib is going to finally run into some adversity against another grinder. The way you talk is the way someone who’s 3 favorite fighters are Conor, Ronda and Brock, GTFOH

    The interview that Brett Okamoto did with Dana said the following: Tony is stripped of his interim UFC Lightweight Championship. He was heading or leaving not sure the FS1 studios to do an interview with Colin Cowherd and Kristiane Leahy of the Herd. He saw someone tripped and torn his LCL. 1 doctor said he needs surgery, one saids he dont. I think Dana stripped is how pissed off he is. Was listening to MMA hour podcast and they said Brian Ortega tweeted he was asked about working the title fight vs Khabib. What does they said about the Lightweight Division when they go to a featherweight fighter to face Khabib. I feel for Tony. I remember when Robert Whittaker was the Interim UFC Middleweight Champion. He had an injured ankle but it was around the time Bisping wanted to face GSP yet he wasnt stripped. Conor isnt stripped. Dana wont bring himself to say those words. Conor has to be stripped get this if Max Holloway and Khabib Nurmagomedov make it to the cage and thrown a punch. i cant believe UFC didnt ask fighters like Dustin Poirer and James Vick. James is ranked #10. He is 13-1: 9-1 in the UFC. Only hiccup for James is a KO to Beneli Darush at UFC 199-Rockhold vs Bisping 2 prelims. James fought 6 weeks ago def Francisco Trinaldo. This is the mess we get at Lightweight when Dana is too damn scared to strip Conor.
