  4. UFC 227 was still a good card despite losing Bethe Corriera vs Irene Aldana due to Bethes eye injury and her seeing 3 doctors and being cleared but she wasnt cleared by CSAC. It felt like Duane one upped Urijah Faber with Cody losing to TJ. I wonder where Cody goes from here at Bantamweight. There are plenty of challengers for TJ at 135 lbs. Dominick Cruz, Marlon Moraes, and Raphael Assuacao. DJ is such a classy guy. He didnt have to do those interviews and he did. You can't get any closure than that. Needing the judges and it was basically 3 rounds to 2. Also, with DJ out for a good amount of time, the flyweight division is in an interesting place. I hope a fire is lit under all of the fighters now with a different champion. Henry needs to defend his belt. I am so sick of superfights. Some champions want super fights cause they want to take advantage of the fact that bills are due. When Demetrious Johnson comes back, he should get a title shot no matter what. He put that division on the map.

  5. I believe someone mentioned that Cejudo was a 400 underdog. Someone made their house payment. Not, me. Somebody else. If I put money on MMA fights I might as well hand money to someone else that I know needs the cash.

  6. DJ will VERY likely get that belt back in rematch. TJ wouldn't give Henry a fight at 135. If I were TJ I'd be interested in going for 125 belt, champ champ status but Idk, I'm not TJ. But that way he would get his fight with DJ finally. Whoever wanted to see that fight before would still want to see it. That would put TJ up there by the moon amongst the shiny stars. Big bucks giving no fucks

  7. I don't usually have cable TV but this past month I went ahead and purchased a one month subscription to a service so I could watch the prelim fights happening in July/early August. I also got to watch the full show of the post fight show on FS1 with Karyn and I have to say, while she is professional and skilled she still made me feel like she was talking here in the podcast and made me feel welcomed to watch the show. Karyn does a great job.
