  1. Lawler’s arm went limp, he was out. When Dean touches his arm, it helped revive him plus Ben loosened the choke—thus Robbie immediately coming back to as if he wasn’t temporarily out. Good stoppage, he was out.

  2. It felt like Jons quick turnaround less than 7 weeks after winning the UFC Light Heavyweight back at UFC 232 was to make up the giant clusterfuck that occured that fight week. I dont think Jon fought Anthony. He out pointed him to keep his title. I was surprised the ref asked Anthony if he could continue, in that situation, I would have assumed the ref would have stopped it automatically. Jon was lucky that Anthony chose to continue the fight. In case anybody was wondering the Bantamweight Division fight between now 4. Pedro Munhoz and 6. Cody Garbrandt won fight of the night. Along with Johnny Walker and Diego Sanchez got performance of the night bonuses. Dana was so happy to crown Kamaru as the UFC Welterweight Champion. Dana hasnt always loved Twood. Tyron was the most active champion that UFC had. He had 4 successful title defenses and was hoping for his 5th title defense. While most champions were too scared to defend and wanting to take advantage of the fact that bills were due, Tyron was out there defending on a regular basis. Kamaru is now 10-0 in the UFC and 15-1 overall.

  4. People are saying it was the right thing to turn down the DQ. At the end of the day, they are in the sport to make money. Taking the DQ is the difference between making over a million or going back to making 25k. He would've been setting up his family for life.

  5. I think Robbie was out for a second. When that arm slammed down, he was out. Robbie isn't going to remember passing out. Ben readjusted the hold so that Herb could see Robbie and that was when Robbie came back to life and that thumbs up was still kind of wobbly. Robbie just has a huge ability to rebound from unconsciousness.
