  1. You guys are talking nonsense, He clearly beat up that Robert dude. No one goes to a fight without some type of preparation. He was much better. If you understand sports you should know that this is his time. Until someone else comes along. he is the best dancer at the moment.

  3. So Cool that Karyn and Alan were able to give us a podcast before Karyn left to host Joanna vs Michelle on the panel this week. I have to admit I didnt watch Bellator 229 either. I looked up results later, it was a skippable card. Notable fight though Kari Ann Taylor Melendez def Mandy Polk at 118 lbs. I think this card was more attended than Ronda Rousey vs Holly Holm. UFC 243 took a major hit after losing Holly Holm vs Raquel Pennington. Win or lose this was the first time the UFC Middleweight Championship had been defended in 2 1/2 years. I think the long layoff affected Robert. Israel Adesayna is a beast. He is 18-0. He was only knocked out 1 in kickboxing. Glad the middleweight division is back to normal. It was a cluster for 2 1/2 years. Dan Hooker was ranked #15. He jumped 8 slots to #7. Rankings wise he deserves someone like Dustin who is #2. I think Dustin refusing has something to do with him not wanting to fight down in rankings after losing to Khabib.

  4. Playing out the Michelle and Joanna fight I was divided, but based on their performances against other opponents I'm going with Joanna as her striking is on point, and she has shut down dominate grapplers in the past. Though I would prefer that Waterson wins, as she is always a classy fighter.

  5. I like a woman who may not look great on screen, but in person u can smell their pheromones, and their natural female body draws u closer. But Karyn some how looks great on screen, and probably has great pheromones, and female sensuality. Please never do plastic surgery Karyn!

  6. My impression on Whittaker's chin was that he didn't see either one of those shots that dropped him coming. Also both shots were nasty accurate near the tip of the chin and sort of plowed through the chin. On the other hand who really knows at this point. I would like to see Whittaker over the next couple fights to see how his chin holds up. I think the real question was Whittaker's game plan – which seemed to be blitz forward and go for the knock out no matter what. Would have liked to see adjustments from Whittaker but its possible the combination of the moment, layoff and shot to end the first round made that impossible. Keep up the good work.

  7. Hmm I picture KB going all Nick Diaz and talking non stop smack on the Tennis court. I'm one of those that said if you want an all female card watch Invicta. This may be cheesy but I think during breast cancer awareness month like when the NFL has the all pink the UFC should put on an all woman's card with Invicta happening the day before. Also Izzy needs to get to Anderson's defenses before fighting JBJ. Lastly my pick is for Joanna. 100% win. Love her through her up and downs.

I’d rather stylebendender defend his belt a few times and keep his weight class flowing. Middle weight just got over an interim champ situation, don’t need another log jam.

Bones has new legit competition. And Israel would need time to bulk up properly.
However, It’s a money fight though so you may get your wish.

  8. Thanks for answering my Twitter questions you guys! For Joanna vs Michelle, I’m going Joanna all day everyday because she’s just my favorite fighter. But the MMA fan in me knows Michelle really hit a mental switch in her last few performances. I really think she’s been putting it together well and adding a lot of strength to her game. I think it won’t be easy either way it goes but I’m excited!

  9. Conor did everything he needed to do at 145? He didn't defend the belt even once. He has never defended any belt. I like the guy, he injects excitement into the MMA business but he will never reach GOAT status in my book.

  10. I was watching the fight with all the hamo boys in a Brisbane pub, everyone was going for Whittaker! Shouting Aussie Aussie Aussie, once Izzy won we represented our boy and celebrated like a dog straight outta auckland! Izzy is the man and bringing not only nz on the map but his Nigerian heritage and toughness of his people, with training and the right mind set anything is possible, all the best to Izzy! All the Samoans routing for ya xx
