  1. Hindsight being 20/20 part of me think Marreta needed more of a tune up fight but those really don't happen in the UFC. For me I think a lesser referee would've stopped the fight when Glover was getting pounded early by Thiago. I'm on the team Old Guy bandwagon for a bit. I hope Jan vs. Glover happens in March to Apr 2021. Thiago will be back and I'm thinking he'll be really nasty. I think the anti grappling will come back for Santos once he gets more confident with his knees.

    • Thanks for putting this out there. Lots of lesser known fighters on this card I'm excited to see. Looking forward to Smolka throwing down and Kay Hansen amongst a bunch of others. Always gotta love the Invicta FC alums throwing down.

    • @Dean D No problem. Loved the graphic they did at the end to tell us that Paul was stepping up. To be honest, UFC got lucky that Paul was going to working as an analyst anyway this weekend with Brendon and Micheal. Not sure if he would have worked with Karyn. I looked forward to Kay Hansen vs Cory Mckenna too. For a bit it looked like it would have kicked off the main card. Hope people know that I put at 195 lbs cause Brendon and Sean is a catchweight. This will be card for a lot of them could make a name for themselves. Fingers crossed the card doesnt change anymore between now and Saturday.

  3. A great podcast. Glover vs Thiago was a great fight. Thiago needs to just get used to having fights again. Thiago had been away from the cage for 16 months. Glover has won 6 of his last 7 fights. Izzy vs Jan is lazy match making. They are desperate for main events that make $$$. Glover vs Jan should be next. Izzy needs to stay at 185 lbs and defend that title.
