New podcast is good also but what happened to the one you do with Jouban?
Alan is doing a new podcast with Jason Ellis. We just felt like trying something new, but you'll still see us together at the ESPN desk sometimes! Hope you'll keep checking out WHHW tho!
Max, performance of the year with that Kattar fight. That was violent poetry in motion.
LOVE YOU KAREN, since the MTV days!
Aww thanks!
I always find it strange when ppl never mention that the previous record was by Max himself. So he didn't just break a record, he broke his OWN record. Actually in the top 3 most sig strikes landed, Max is in all 3 of the fights. Not only that, but the 2nd place, Max vs Ortega had Max landing 290 to Ortega landing 110 for a combined total of 400. Max ALONE landed 445 in his fight against Kattar.
A C&C Music Factory reference. LOVE IT!!! Thanks KB and Alan.

This is the 2nd time in UFC history somebody won 50-43×2 and 50-42. It happened at UFC 58 when Rich Franklin did it. I agree Glover vs Anthony should have been stopped. I wouldnt have been mad if Calvin's team thrown in the towel. I so agree with Karyn. Maxie Baby has done it all in the UFC at Featherweight. He is 29 years old but he has fought 23x at 145 lbs. I think his only chance to get a shot at the title is if Brian Ortega beats Alexander Volkanvoski in the co main event of UFC 260 on March 27th. This fight had probably 1,000 strikes attempted which is a record. I thought Max would say out I heard he attempted 744 strikes.
Lmao at Wade playing you guys off when you were spiralling out of control with the yachts and helicopters
I wish Calvin Kattar’s coach stopped it after the 4th round or even earlier… No point going in the 5th knowing you’re down 4 rounds(some 10-8) kattar chance of winning is to KO Holloway which is nearly impossible. The risk was not worth it. Thankfully Kattar didnt get knocked out cold. We’ve seen Maxim Dadashev’s coach stopping him in the later rounds after taking too much punches he died couple days later.. i understand fighter has pride but the coach have to step in because Most fighters will Never quit by themselves, they are willing to die in there.
I wouldn’t put it in for fight of the year because of the one sidedness.
I was there at UFC 199 when Max did the now iconic pointing down and threw down with Lamas. Also ran into you KB, such a great person. But since then have been a fan of Max and love seeing his relationship with Rush. To then see the absolute MASTERPIECE of a performance he put on this past weekend was one of my all time favorite moments in the 10+ plus years of being an MMA fan.
